Submission Guidelines

We welcome your submission of stories, essays, poems, sermons, or academic papers. Our core purpose is to publish stories that help us know each other more fully, foster understanding, and move us in directions of social harmony. A prerequisite for social harmony is empathic sight of .the other,. which begins with listening to, absorbing, and honoring that which is sacred to the other.

Submission Guidelines
1. Although we are primarily a collection of stories, we also welcome academic papers, poems, essays, and even sermons. As far as possible try to help us understand your experience of the Sacred in ways that are accessible to religious and non-religious alike. Not all submissions will be posted, but if your submission is selected for posting you will be notified. Before submitting any material, please be sure you own all pertinent copyright privileges. Please read and accept the terms of agreement.

2. Please submit your story using the form below making sure to complete all information. Please read and accept the Terms of Agreement, and be sure to include a brief biographical statement and headshot. Please submit your story by pasting it into the body of your e-mail. Please do NOT send attachments.

3. If your story is selected for posting on our site, we will contact you. You may submit as many pieces as you wish. You retain all rights to your work.

4. In time, we will select groups of stories to bundle into thematic groups for publishing as e-books and/or audio books (MP3s) that will be offered for sale. If any of your stories are selected for publishing as part of an e-book or audio book, you will be notified and given the chance to accept or decline our invitation. Contributors will share on a pro rata basis of 15% of the retail price of the collection in which their piece appears. A separate letter of agreement will be sent to you for signature, should any of your submissions be selected for publication.

5. As you can see, we attach a photograph to each story on our site. We are happy to consider any photograph you have for use with your story, (should we accept it) on the condition you can demonstrate clear copyright privileges to that photograph.

We welcome your participation in this sacred dialogue.
